  sorry everyone but i need to rant.

  about a week and a half ago we hired someone to work at my office.

  up to that point only my boss and i worked here, however we realized that there was a lot of work that had to be done and we needed help.

  i am forcing myself to do this - i feel nauseated, depressed... my hands are shaking.

  i know many of you see this and laugh.

  i've been out of the jws for the last 20 years.

  i remember when...the wts prided its self on having khs that were humble, practical and were't a showy displaythe wts was as militant as they are now.the elders weren't as cruel to their ownthe wts wasn't always puttong their hands in the r&f's pocket and demanding money.the conventions actually cared about the needs of the r&f by providing food and not making a bunch of rules about where they could eat and what they could put under the seat.. am i remembering things differently?

  Their policy is reactionary because they don't have foresight. They are not what they claim and can only take corrective measures once they discover that there are problems. AKA: damage control.

  do you think the wt has become more lenient or stricter over the year?.

  i am 21 and i remember just 4 years ago going to college was looked at as something negative.

  girls my age, we had plans to be ft pioneers and become secretaries.

  Is it proper for a Christian to carry mace?

  my wifes dillusional mother has decided to carry mace for protection against her alleged stalker.

  i wont even get into that craziness but i was just wondering if the wts has ever said anything against mace.

  i realize its not deadly but neither are stun guns and i doubt they are ok. any thoughts?

  My mother used to carry mace on her keychain. I can even remember squirting it at bugs as I walked along in the KH parking lot.

  My opinion now, forget mace, how about my .40 S&W?
